Netspeed 2011: Call for Proposals

The Alberta Library (TAL) invites proposals for conference sessions at
Netspeed 2011, to be held October 19-21, 2011, in Calgary, AB.

Netspeed is a conference for the library community that highlights new
technologies. Sessions cover a variety of topics including emerging technology
trends, newly implemented technology, tech “how to’s” and the impact all of
these have on the library community. Are you testing out a new technology?
Using an old technology in a new way? Share with us your successes and your
experiments that weren’t quite successes! We’re looking for topics for all levels
of audience, from novice explorer to seasoned programmer, and everything in
between.

Proposals for conference and pre-conference sessions are welcome, as are
suggestions for speakers and topics. All submissions must be received by
February 11, 2011.

Session proposals should include:
* Session title.
* Brief abstract (max 250 words).
* Contact information for all speakers.

Please e-mail session proposals and ideas by February 11, 2011 to
